It is up-to-date on service with good Michelin tires with 2022 date codes. The vehicle has been regularly serviced with fluid and filter changes, and service records from 2020-present are included to verify maintenance. Additionally, it has Texas Speed headers, Holley Intec cold air intake, upgraded spark plugs and MSD plug wires, and a tuned ECU for those upgrades. The headers/intake/ECU are not currently installed on the car - they WILL be included with the car at the listed price. For those that are into coast-to-coast endurance driving, this car set the second fastest time from NY to LA in 2018, covering the drive in just 29 hours 48 minutes, which was about 1 hour shy of Ed Bolian's record at the time. It remains the fastest Corvette ever to make the journey. This can be a great conversation piece at Cars and Coffee or your local Corvette meet, and cars that competed in the original Cannonball Run are now highly sought after by serious collectors and enthusiasts, and often fetch many times the value of their counterparts. It was recently invited to and featured at two significant events in 2024, including the most comprehensive historical display of Cannonball records cars at the Cars are the Stars event in Minerva, Ohio, as well as being on feature display at the NCM Motorsports Park as part of the 30th anniversary Corvette Caravan to the National Corvette Museum. This vehicle has been put back to stock configuration with all of the electronics and auxiliary fuel tank removed, but most of them are included with the car (included items are shown in the photo gallery).
