1963 Jaguar E-Type XKE Convertible for sale! Motorcar Classics is pleased to offer this stunning Jaguar E-type presented in triple black. This Series 1 XKE has undergone a complete restoration to return it to original factory condition. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and authenticity for its year. As such, the car operates perfectly and is a joy to drive. What we would consider a Concours level restoration, this Jaguars restoration took roughly 2 years at a cost of over 200k and has only been driven roughly 300 miles since completion. Book includes all receipts for new owner's records. This unique example is a fully numbers matching car in the rare and original triple-black color scheme. It also has its factory hardtop. Other options include, original seat rails with embossed logo on lever, shot-bag sewn into the convertible top (as original) to stop wind buffering, all Tri-Plex glass, perfectly matched battleship-gray/green paint on radiator support rails, brake booster bracket and convertible top frame; all as was done originally.

This XKE was entered in the prestigious San Marino Motor Classic in August where it respectively won best in class.
