For sale is a 1988 Porsche 944 race car which was built to the highest standard possible. Within the last few years this car was the PCA champion car. The car has recently had a complete overhaul, Rebuilding the engine from the ground up and several other services (Contact for records). The Rothmans livery is painted on (Not vinyl). Since the overhaul the car has only seen a Chin DE day at Road Atlanta as well has a break in day at AMP. The car has essentially been completely rebuilt over the last two years and is in need of a new home. The car does have a identical sister which now resides in Tennessee. The cars were built and rebuilt as a pair. Overall the car is race legal and will come with the racing log books I have with it (PCA and NASA). For those of you who know these cars the 1988 edition produced a bit more power and are desired more.This is a great car and if you're looking to get involved in racing with a phenomenal car that's had all of the tedious developmental work done to it, this is the one!The amount of detail and quality of work that has gone into the car is impressive. Most of the recent work done to the car including the track preparation was done by Goldcrest Motorsports in Kennesaw.
